Pricing
Road User Charges (RUC) are purchased separately from the New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA). vokt does not purchase RUC on your behalf or access your NZTA account.
For less than a coffee a month, a vokt subscription gets you:
- An automated odometer reading of your vehicle. Nothing to type in
- How far you drive in a year, how much RUC you have left and an estimated run out date
- How much to set aside each week, so your next RUC purchase doesn’t come as a shock
- A notification when you are running low on RUC, and when to buy
- Warrant of Fitness and registration expiry dates
- The full RUC purchase history for your vehicle
Single vehicle connection only, and multi-vehicle support is planned. vokt only supports Tesla at the moment; more makes are planned.
Common questions
Does vokt buy RUC for me?
No. vokt never handles your money or your NZTA account. It works out what to buy and when, and you buy it directly from NZTA yourself.
Can I add multiple vehicles to my vokt account?
Not yet. Support for more than one vehicle is planned, and vokt will let you know when it arrives.
How do I cancel?
When you are logged in to vokt, head to settings to manage your subscription. Or reach out to support@vokt.co.nz for assistance.
